Can I take this opportunity to remark on the excellent manner that your three workers carried out the installation of my new gas fire. They efficiently put dust sheets over all my existing furniture and carpets right out to the front door, removed the original fire, put in the new one and vacuumed up afterwards. There was no damage to the décor and the fire looks as if it was an original part of the house.

I would also like to say they were polite and respectful at all times.
